Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales and distribution of

OPD health insurance products

, managing

DSAs & channel partners

, building

healthcare partnerships

, and ensuring

smooth client claims servicing

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Partner Management

Drive OPD insurance sales across assigned region. Recruit & manage

DSAs, POSPs, brokers & partners

. Build partnerships with

clinics, labs & pharmacies

.

Product & Claims Training

Create awareness about OPD claims and benefits. Train agents on

product USPs & claims procedures

. Coordinate with claims team for issue resolution.

Team & Performance Management

Manage regional sales team and DSA network. Track targets and implement incentive programs. Monitor productivity and sales metrics.

Market Development

Identify and develop new markets. Conduct

market analysis & competitor research

.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with

IRDAI & company policies

. Maintain

MIS reports and sales forecasts

.

Requirements

Graduate (MBA preferred)

4-8 years in insurance sales

, ideally health/OPD Strong leadership & negotiation skills Knowledge of

OPD claims & insurance process

Comfortable with

CRM tools & digital sales platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
