Job Description

We are looking for a

results-oriented Sales Manager

for our

online nutrition and health packages

. This is a

desk-based role

involving

tele-calls and video consultations

, with no field work required. Prior experience with platforms like

Fitelo or HealthifyMe

is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound & outbound leads

from digital platforms Conduct

telephonic and video consultations

to explain health programs Convert leads into enrollments for

online nutrition & wellness packages

Achieve assigned

monthly sales targets

Update client interactions in

CRM / ERP systems

Coordinate with dietitians, doctors, and support teams for client onboarding Ensure proper follow-ups and relationship management Provide feedback to marketing and operations teams

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience

in desk-based sales (tele-sales / inside sales) Experience in selling

online health, nutrition, or wellness programs

Prior exposure to

Fitelo, HealthifyMe, or similar health-tech companies

Strong communication skills in

English

(regional languages are a plus) Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused approach
