Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the NVOCC and freight forwarding segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, and key decision-makers. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to clients. Negotiate rates and terms with customers in alignment with company guidelines. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Maintain an updated database of prospects and existing clients using CRM tools. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's services.

Key Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NVOCC sales. Strong understanding of ocean freight, containerized cargo, and global trade dynamics. Existing client base in shipping or freight forwarding is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
