Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify and engage potential clients for commercial real estate opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform business development strategies
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive team performance.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in commercial real estate sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Noida real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
