The Sales Manager will be responsible for engaging with active leads, understanding client requirements, and driving conversions through effective communication and relationship-building. The role involves managing the client journey from initial interaction to site visits and ensuring a smooth handover to the closing team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with live leads through calls and follow-ups to understand their property needs.
  • Assess client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial property options.
  • Pitch relevant projects clearly and persuasively to generate interest and move clients forward in the sales funnel.
  • Encourage and schedule site visits, addressing queries and building trust throughout the process.
  • Meet and assist clients during site visits, providing project explanations and showcasing key features.
  • Hand over qualified and well-informed clients to the closing manager for the final stages of the sales process.
