Position : Franchise Sales Manager

Vertical : Popsicles, Ice Creams & Desserts

Job Conditions :

Location : This position will be based out of our Nagpur, Maharashtra Office

Timings : 10am to 7pm, Mon to Sat (we follow a 6-days work-week)

Travelling : The Position rarely requires you to travel to locations (Overall may require 10 days in a year of travel to locations)

Remuneration (Annual CTC/Package) : 3L - 4.5L (can be stretched to 6 LPA for the right or exceptionally good candidate.

Job Specifications :

- Education - Should at least be a University Graduate (minimum education), with a Degree or Diploma or equivalent in any field/stream. Those with relevant education (degree/post-degree/professional/additional certification courses) shall be preferred. Post-graduates with Business Management degree/course (MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA and alike) shall be preferred but not compulsory.

- Experience - Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience into Franchise Sales/Premium Financial Sales/Hospitality Sales and alike, and maximum up to 8 years' relevant experience. Individuals who do not have direct experience selling Franchises but have a very strong base and experience into managing Operations for a restaurant/dessert cafe/hotel sales or any sort of Premium Product/service sale may also apply if keen to pursue the given role or wish to explore the given position and opportunity.

- Skill Set / Personality Traits / Individual Characteristics - an Ideal fit would be someone who has:

- Excellent English Communication Skills - with a natural flair for English communication, can converse fluently, has a good command over vocab and diction, and writes/drafts very well.

- Great Presentation Skills - with Corporate/Business Etiquettes, and knows how to carry and conduct themselves very well.

Role Summary : Franchise Sales Manager/Licksters Popsicle, Ice-Cream and Dessert vertical; will be responsible for: planning and managing the franchising business of the company, offering continuous support to franchisees, ensuring the overall success of the franchisor as well as that of the franchisee.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Developing franchisee partners and expand the business.

- Identify the potential Investors through various sources.

- Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchisee agreement for the exclusive - Licksters Popsicle Stores/kiosks.

- Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end): from initial solicitation through contract completion; which includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to the sales processes.

- Plan, set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of growth/progress reports.

- Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals.

- Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guiding/explaining ROI to them, helping out to the franchise-owner to set up the Business Unit.

- Assist and hold hands with the franchise partner, from the initial planning and set-up stage, till the launch or till the time the place is rendered fully operational and fully functioning.

- Constantly coordinate with the operations team for ensuring proper and complete set-up.

- Serve as a solid liaison (strong point-of-contact) between franchise partner and the company headquarters (head-office).

-Achieve Sales Targets, Generate sales reports on a Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis.

-Maintain MIS reports with strong follow-ups to achieve maximum efficiency

-Must be comfortable in maintaining work/meeting schedules/Calanders on online platforms. Must be good at arranging/handling online meetings with good etiquettes.

-Must be good at Excel and other MIS tools.

-Act as an effective communication bridge between the management and prospective franchise partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
