Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and other investment products.
Generate new business through client acquisition, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Convert qualified leads into active long-term investors.
2. Client Advisory & Financial Planning
Meet clients to understand their financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
Suggest appropriate investment products using financial planning concepts.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and advise clients on portfolio optimisation.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service.
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely support on transactions, documentation, and online investment processes.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all sales practices follow SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, and company compliance norms.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and MIS updates.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
