Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing client acquisition and retention, and meeting sales targets. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include training and mentoring sales staff, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales initiatives.

Leadership and team management skills
Sales strategy development and implementation experience
Client acquisition, retention, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the financial sector and familiarity with financial products and services
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
Masters /Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
