Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new dealers, builders, and contractors.
Regularly visit market areas to build relationships and close sales.
Ensure dealer satisfaction and stock rotation.
Monitor competitors and provide strategic inputs to management.
Coordinate with telecalling and digital marketing teams to convert leads.
Meet monthly sales targets and submit performance reports.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Language:
Bengali and Hindi mandatory; English is a plus.
Mobility:
Must be willing to travel locally for field work.
