Key Responsibilities:



Channel Expansion & Distribution



? Appoint new

Distributors and Wholesalers

every month in

Kolkata and Patna

, based on sales targets.

? Manage and develop distributor relationships to ensure consistent sales growth.

Modern Retail & Institutional Sales (PAN India)



? Build and manage relationships with

Modern Retail Chains/Supermarkets

(e.g., Reliance, Big Bazaar, etc.) via coordination with their Quality Managers.

? Strategically connect with

Cinema Chains, Airport Lounges, Multiplexes

, and food courts for snack placement.

White Label & Private Label Partnerships



? Initiate and manage B2B connections with private label buyers such as

BigBasket, Good Life by Reliance

, etc.

? Collaborate for OEM/White Label opportunities in the snacks category.

Market Intelligence & Cost Analysis



? Conduct

competitive market analysis

to recommend price points, margin strategy, and positioning.

? Track sales data and optimize territory-specific sales plans.

Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, or related field

.

?

Proven experience as a Sales Manager

in the

Snacks or FMCG industry

is mandatory.

? Strong knowledge of

product formulation, seasoning, and flavor profiling

in the snack food domain.

? Familiarity with

food safety regulations

and

quality control

standards.

? Excellent

negotiation, communication, and interpersonal

skills.

? Strong proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

.

? Ability to work both

independently

and in

collaborative cross-functional teams

.
