Role Description
We are looking for a
Sales Manager
(Product & Regional) to join our Mumbai team. This is a
full-time, on-site position
responsible for driving regional sales performance, managing client relations, and expanding Ollato's institutional and corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities across the education and wellness sectors.
Build and nurture strong relationships with institutional partners, HR leaders, and corporate clients.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide strategy.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
3-5 years of proven experience
in Sales or Sales Management.
Strong experience in
Business Development
and relationship management.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
abilities.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field
(Master's preferred).
Prior experience engaging with
educational institutions, HR departments, or training organizations
is advantageous.
Ability to work both
independently and collaboratively
in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in
English
; proficiency in
Hindi and Marathi
is an asset.

Compensation includes a
fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
