Position : Manager Sales
Job Location : Mumbai (Remote working)
About the company:
One of the leading MNC into Sanitary solutions. Design, manufacture, and distribute high-performance flushing systems, in-wall frames, and bathroom solutions across 7 production sites and 9 commercial subsidiaries.
Job Requirement:
Exp. 5 plus years of experience in in the sanitary ware equipment sector.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream
This role involves driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met within the sanitary equipment sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the manufacturing industry, particularly with sanitary products.
:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share in the sanitary ware equipment sector.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, Distributors, Contractors, Architects and Specifiers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and prospective clients, particularly within the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors for sanitary equipment.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor and analyse sales performance against targets, preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and product availability.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product development to improve products based on market needs.
• Trade Shows/Exhibitions: Represent the company at industry-related trade shows and exhibitions to increase visibility and promote products.
