An Ideal Candidate:

  • Master's degree in business Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes, products, and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Competencies:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the printing industry.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their printing requirements, and providing them with timely solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of printing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams, such as production, design, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the printing industry.
  • Prepared and presented sales proposals, negotiated pricing, and closed sales deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or issues promptly.
