We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts across India. This role involves driving new business, managing key client accounts, and ensuring an outstanding product experience. Ideal candidates should have strong leadership, sales expertise, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings and presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle xe2x80x94 from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing client support.
Monitor sales performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
Attend and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
57 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the amusement or fitness equipment industry is a plus.
Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Data-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to build lasting client relationships and handle objections effectively.
