Sales ManagerWe are hiring for a young dynamic advertising start up client of Yellow Spark for the role of Sales ManagerLocation: Mumbai (Operating PAN India)Experience: 4 - 6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:Purpose of the role: To drive sales and expand the client base in the advertising industry by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized advertising solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop plans to execute strategic sales plans to drive sales and meet targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including Retail, FMCG, fitness, hospitality, and events to exceed targetsFoster strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and loyaltyNegotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term partnershipsProvide tailored advertising solutions to clients that meet their specific needsEffectively communicate the unique value proposition of advertising on water bottles, Paper Disposable cups, and LED display ScreensCollaborate with design and production teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectationsMonitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.Work with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling sales pitches and materials.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the companys products in the market.Requirements:Education & Knowledge:A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not a mustStrong understanding of the advertising industry and media buying processesExperience:Minimum of four years of experience in advertising salesProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsRole Specific / Technical Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Must have a strategic and target-oriented approachProficiency in MS OfficeCompetencies / Soft Skills:Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to succeedAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent team player
