Wolf Casa is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive sales, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional showroom experiences. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in furniture, interior products, or premium retail and should be passionate about guiding customers toward the right products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Handling
Greet customers in the showroom and understand their furniture/interior requirements.
Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options clearly and confidently.
Guide customers through the catalog, design options, and suitability for their space.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, and walk-in customers to convert them into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with residential clients, interior designers, architects, and contractors.
Product & Market Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of Wolf Casa's furniture, tiles, sanitaryware, decor, and interior solutions.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, finishes, and competitor offerings.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless order execution.
Communicate customer requirements accurately to internal departments.
Update CRM / sales tracker with daily enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Customer Experience
Ensure an exceptional in-store experience aligned with Wolf Casa's premium brand image.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales follow-up professionally.
Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong conversion rates.
Provide weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Qualifications Required:
2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, interiors, sanitary, tiles, or premium retail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Positive, persuasive, and customer-friendly attitude.
Preferred:
Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, or builders.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing processes.
Experience working in premium or luxury retail environments.
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Confidence, patience, and active listening.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain organized follow-ups.
