Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience exclusively in the telematics industry
. You will own the
sales process end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, while building lasting relationships with key clients and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the telematics sector.
Identify and acquire new clients, including fleet operators, logistics providers, and technology partners.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in telematics.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
Represent Tracknovate at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of sales experience in the telematics industry
.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of telematics solutions, fleet management systems, and IoT-based technologies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Willingness to travel as required.
