Job Description

As a Sales Manager the expected KRA includes 'Sales of Kirloskar Silent DG Sets in Malwa', 'Build a team of Sr Sales Engineers', 'Develop business in the assigned territory by making relationship with Architects, Consultants, Electrical Contractors, Project Contractors'. This is direct sales job with 80% on field (with clients) and 20% office. As a team leader, daily review with team, daily lead generation and monitoring progress of leads to maturity and final business is the job function.

We are looking for some one who has a experience of 10+years in Direct Sales of Industrial Goods like Transformers, UPS, Compressors, Boilers, Heat Pumps, Elevators or Diesel Gensets. Must be a go getter attitude, aggressive and hungry for growth. Those having experience in any field not mentioned above may kindly not apply as for the position we require 'similar direct sales' experience only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
