Sales Manager
to lead and grow our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
sales strategies
to achieve company targets.
Manage and guide the
sales & tele calling team
to maximize performance.
Identify new
B2B clients, distributors, and market opportunities
across India.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare
sales reports
, analyze performance metrics, and forecast sales growth.
Collaborate with the
marketing and production
teams to align business goals.
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and order finalizations with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in sales (preferably in fashion, textile, or retail).
Strong
leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a team and meet monthly sales targets.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, CRM tools
