Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in marketing & sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing relationships with potential clients, and managing strategic partnerships. The position requires occasional travel as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales and market presence.
Develop and implement effective business strategies and sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Lead and manage sales campaigns, ensuring proper execution and tracking of KPIs.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Provide leadership to a cross-functional team to meet business development goals.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Travel to meet clients and partners as required.

Requirements

6-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a management role.
Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and lead generation.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
