1. Educational Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering

. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).

2. Experience



5-10 years

of proven experience in sales, with at least

2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

achieving or exceeding sales targets

. Experience in the fabrication

industry

team management

strategic planning

3. Skills & Competencies



Technical / Professional Skills



Strong understanding of

sales strategies, CRM tools

sales forecasting

. Ability to analyze

MS Office

(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

4. Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute

sales strategies

to meet organizational targets. Lead, train, and motivate the

sales team

to improve performance. Identify and pursue new

business opportunities

and markets. Maintain strong

customer relationships

and ensure high satisfaction. Prepare

sales forecasts, reports

, and performance analysis. Collaborate with

marketing, product, and finance teams

for alignment.
