Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the construction equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of excavators, backhoe loaders, compactors, and other heavy equipment by managing dealer networks, developing client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory or region.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and improve profitability.
Lead a team of sales executives, ensuring training, motivation, and performance tracking.
Monitor and follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and order conversions.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
7+ years of sales experience in construction/heavy equipment industry.
Strong understanding of products like excavators, backhoe loaders, bulldozers, and similar equipment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling large client accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹65,000.90 - ₹70,000.51 per month
