Sales Engineer / Sales Manager

Position: Sales Engineer / Sales Manager

Location: Indore

Requisites:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

2-5 years of sales or project experience in Industrial capital equipment, material handling , ( Experience in Industrial Cranes Preferred )

Strong technical understanding and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities:

Develop and promote business for partnered brands ( Demag Cranes & Josts MHE ) in the assigned territory.

Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and achieve sales order closures.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and establish connections with potential clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to design, propose, and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

Manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution.

Travel regularly to client sites, trade shows, and industry events.
