Sales Manager - EV Auto (Piaggio)Position Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth of Piaggio Electric Vehicles (EV) by developing channel partners, fleet sales, and retail customer base within the assigned territory. Ensures achievement of monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong dealer relationships, market intelligence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual EV sales targets for 3-wheelers and other Piaggio EV products in the assigned territory.
Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and sub-dealers to expand EV market reach.
Drive retail, institutional, and fleet sales opportunities.
Conduct market mapping to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management for strategy alignment.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and coordinate with logistics, PDI, and dealer teams.
Execute sales promotional activities, local marketing campaigns, and product demonstrations.
Train dealer sales staff on Piaggio EV products, customer handling, and sales processes.
Maintain customer database and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit sales MIS, market feedback reports, and competitor analysis on a weekly/monthly basis.
Support service teams in resolving critical customer concerns impacting sales.

Qualification & Experience:

3-6 years of experience in auto industry sales; experience in EV or 3-wheeler sales will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
