We are Ginteja Insurance Brokers Private Limited (Promoted by - Shyam Steel Industries and Sastasundar). We are looking for Experienced and energetic Sales Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager / Assistant Manager at Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Pradeep, Odisha Location having experience in Motor Insuranse Sales via Agenecy Channel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment of own POSP and Generate business from them. Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your team. Motivating and training POSP & Team for achieving their respecting business. Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
