Job Title: Sales Manager - DSA (Mortgage)
Location: Bangalore
CTC: Up to 8 LPA
Industry: Banking
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop business through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel for Mortgage/Home Loan products
Onboard, train, and activate new DSAs in the Bangalore region
Drive monthly targets and ensure high-quality sourcing from channel partners
Monitor and improve the performance of existing DSAs to maximize business volume
Conduct regular market visits and provide on-ground support to partners
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines during sourcing
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing and disbursal
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Mortgage/Home Loan sales through DSA channel
Strong local market knowledge and DSA network in Bangalore
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven with ability to work independently and handle field sales
