Roles & Responsibility:
Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer data.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer complaints and queries.
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
Manage leads in the sales pipeline.
Negotiate sales contracts and sales agreements to finalize sales
Prospect leads through relevant channels and media.
Conducting follow-ups with leads to ensure they are converted into sales opportunities.
