We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Modules, Inverters and Energy Storage System (ESS) Sales Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Industry, Excellent leadership, communication skills, a proven track record of driving (B2B and B2C) sales growth and team management.
Key Responsibilities

.Sales Strategy Development
: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the ESS, modules and inverters market. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

Team Management
: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching and support, to ensure they meet their sales targets and achieve their full potential.
3.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, that meet their requirements.
4.
Technical Knowledge
: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in ESS technologies, including advancements in battery management systems, inverters, and grid integration.

Sales Performance
: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and market share expansion.

. Market Analysis
: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.

. Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, operations and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of committed solutions to customers and alignment with company goals.
Requirements:

. Experience
: Proven experience in sales roles within the energy storage or related industries, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales leadership position.

Technical Knowledge
: Strong understanding of ESS, modules and inverters, not limited to their applications, benefits, and technical specifications.
3.
Leadership Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.

Communication Skills
: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

. Analytical Skills
: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer needs.
Preferred Skills:

Industry Certifications
: Knowledge of industry standards and certifications in related field.

CRM Software
: Experience with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

. Energy Storage Technologies
: Familiarity with solar and energy storage technologies
