We are looking for ambitious, result-driven
Sales Managers
to expand our B2B customer base and drive revenue growth. You will be the face of the company, responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ability to meet revenue targets.
Drive B2B sales for
FinTech-focused digital transformation solutions
, including Digital On-boarding, Automation Platforms, AI-based risk, compliance, and customer experience solutions.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities primarily across the
BFSI and FinTech ecosystem
, including banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintech platforms.
Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintech organizations.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions tailored to client needs.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Pre-sales, Product, Delivery, and Support) to ensure smooth on-boarding and successful project delivery.
Track sales activities, maintain CRM updates, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Qualification and skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA mandatory).
Proven 3-5 years of experience as a sales manager or sales executive or a similar role.
Knowledge in Banking & Finance domain / IT Sales & Marketing/Lead Generation is must
Must be dynamic and sales-target oriented
Strong business analytical abilities are required for understanding customer project needs.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience in social media marketing would be a plus.
Proficient in use of MS-Office and other tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
