Job Summary
The Sales Manager - Corporate Sales & Travel Trade is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing corporate accounts and travel trade partners. The role focuses on building long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and expanding market presence through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales
Identify, develop, and manage corporate accounts to achieve revenue targets
Acquire new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate decision-makers
Prepare and negotiate corporate contracts, rate agreements, and service-level agreements
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Travel Trade Sales
Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, and consolidators
Promote products/services to travel trade partners through sales calls, roadshows, and trade events
Negotiate and manage trade contracts, commission structures, and seasonal offers
Drive business through key travel trade segments (leisure, MICE, groups, FITs, etc.)
Ensure correct product representation across partner platforms and marketing materials
Resolve partner issues and ensure consistent engagement and performance
Sales & Strategy
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both segments
Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports
Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and trade initiatives
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data
Key Skills & Competencies

Result-oriented with strong analytical and planning skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Market knowledge of corporate and travel trade sales dynamics
