Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct market research to determine competitive property pricing.
Guide clients through property tours, negotiations, and closing processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Stay updated on local real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other professionals.
