The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive property sales. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Forecast sales and prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to enhance their performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Organize sales meetings, presentations, and property site visits.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Oversee negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
Handle escalated client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations
Monitor and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with marketing teams to generate leads and create promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience of more than 5 years as a Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role in the real estate sector (Residential & Commercial Properties)
Strong knowledge of property laws, market trends, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
