Roles and Responsibilities

-Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline.

-Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve personal sales targets and revenue goals. Identify key market segments and target clients to maximize sales opportunities.

-Develop and execute strategies for channel partner development, commercial sales growth, and residential sales expansion.

-Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship-building with existing clients.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue generation through effective communication and problem-solving.

-Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape.

-Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline analysis. Track and monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.

-Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients to achieve favorable terms and conditions. Close sales deals in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

-Proven track record in real estate sales closures.

-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-Customer-focused with a consultative approach and go getter attitude.

-High level of persistence and drive to achieve revenue targets.

-Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, Reports and Presentation skills.

-Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.

-Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
