Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Sales

? Assist in daily operations ensuring smooth store functioning.

? Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.

? Guide customers in selecting jewellery as per their preferences, occasion, and budget.

Customer Service

? Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.

? Build long-term relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-ups.

? Ensure a premium shopping experience for every walk-in customer.

Inventory & Compliance

? Monitor stock levels, replenishments, and coordinate with the warehouse.

? Ensure proper handling of jewellery items, billing, and cash management.

? Maintain compliance with security protocols, loss prevention, and company policies.

Operations

? Manage store operations on a daily basis

? Manage business operations on a daily basis

? Support store operations and collaborate with the team to meet overall business goals.

? Handle business operations & Store operations

? Assist and collaborate with internal teams to create and execute daily content.

Requirements:

? 2-5 years of experience in jewellery retail.

? Knowledge of precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones

? Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

? Well-groomed, professional, and customer-centric approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
