Role Summary
The Sales Manager will own the sales cycle from qualification through closure. This role requires commercial discipline, strong communication, and the ability to convert opportunities into revenue on a consistent basis.
This is a performance-led role with defined targets and measurable expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Lead discovery calls, sales discussions, and commercial negotiations
Qualify prospects accurately and align solutions to business requirements
Own monthly revenue and conversion targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and a clean sales pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Provide structured weekly and monthly sales reports
Performance Expectations
Revenue targets are defined and reviewed monthly
Performance is measured by deal quality, conversion rate, and consistency
Compensation progression and incentives are directly linked to results
Candidate Profile
This role is intended for professionals who meet the following criteria:
1-4 years of experience in B2B or service-based sales
Demonstrated experience closing deals, not just handling inquiries
Experience selling digital services, IT services, or agency offerings
Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial judgment
Comfortable working with targets, timelines, and accountability
Proficient with CRM systems, email, calling, and follow-up workflows
Available to work on-site from Belapur, Navi Mumbai
