We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and productivity
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
Create and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing client concerns
Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data to make data-driven decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitive landscape
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
