Elegant Events Management is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to expand our client base and manage incoming leads. The candidate will be responsible for handling direct clients as well as Justdial leads, converting inquiries into successful events.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally Manage and convert leads generated through

Justdial and other platforms

Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and follow-ups Meet clients, understand event requirements, and present customized proposals Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the event planning and operations team for smooth execution Negotiate pricing, close deals, and finalize contracts Maintain client data, follow-ups, and sales reports

Requirements & Skills:

1-2 years of experience in sales(event management experience preferred, but candidates with other sales experience are also welcome). Experience in handling

Justdial or similar lead platforms

is an added advantage Excellent communication and client-handling skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
