Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop customer relationships, and drive business growth. This role involves planning sales strategies, analyzing performance, coaching team members, and collaborating with other departments to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports
Set individual and team sales goals and track progress
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in sales and sales team management
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
