Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales for multiple developer projects as a Channel Partner
Lead and monitor sales team performance and target achievement
Handle CP leads, walk-in clients, follow-ups, and deal closures
Coordinate site visits and booking processes
Liaise with developers for inventory, pricing, offers, and approvals
Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales reports
Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure process
Build long-term relationships with clients and developers
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-7years experience with a Real Estate Channel Partner (mandatory)
Proven sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of residential & commercial real estate projects
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
