Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners Generate leads through site visits, referrals, CPs, digital platforms, and walk-ins Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures with clients Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, launches, and promotions Monitor sales pipeline, MIS reports, and CRM updates on a regular basis Conduct market research to track competitor projects, pricing, and trends Ensure compliance with RERA norms, documentation, and booking procedures Assist in project launches, inventory planning, and payment collection follow-ups
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
