. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of guiding prospective buyers through their home-buying journey -- from first interaction to final closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling Site Visits
Schedule and conduct property site visits with interested buyers.
Provide detailed project walkthroughs while addressing client questions and concerns.
Act as a knowledgeable guide who builds trust and confidence during every site interaction.
Managing Lead Conversion
Own the entire lead lifecycle -- from initial inquiry to successful sales closure.
Identify qualified prospects, understand their needs, and offer tailored property solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets with strategic follow-through.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management
Maintain consistent communication with leads through calls, messages, and meetings.
Keep clients engaged and updated throughout their decision-making process.
Build lasting relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
Who You Are:
1-3 years of experience in
sales
or a similar client-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and flexible with working hours (including weekends).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking will be a plus.
