We at ScatterPie are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing and managing the sales team, and owning sales targets for the respective team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.
Sales team management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set sales targets, provide guidance and support, and monitor individual and team performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Sales forecasting and budgeting:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to forecast sales volumes and set sales budgets. Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
Relationship building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Identify customer needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales reporting and analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and present sales performance data to senior management. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose strategies for improvement.
Sales process improvement:
Continuously evaluate the sales process and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and obstacles to ensure smooth sales operations.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales activities with overall company objectives. Share market insights and customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
Build Customer Relations:
Build and nurture customer relations to turn costomers into ambassadors.
Stay updated with industry trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand industry knowledge and develop professional relationships.
Requirements:
Experience Required:
5-7 years
Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
