Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales operations, grow institutional partnerships, and drive revenue across B2B and B2C segments.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team Generate and convert leads from schools, colleges, corporates, and parents Build long-term relationships with institutions and partners Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends Coordinate with marketing and counseling teams for campaigns and events Handle negotiations, closures, and post-sales coordination Bachelor's degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) 3-7 years of experience in sales (education / training / healthcare preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage CRM, reports, and sales pipelines Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional

Preferred Experience

Experience in education, career counseling, ed-tech, wellness, or healthcare
