Responsibilities:-
English communication should be Excellent
Engage with corporate clients, present our services, and build lasting relationships
Act as the single point of contact for client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and service
Responsible for Sales and marketing.
Finding new clients for the organization & keeping healthy relation with existing customer especially with those who got discontinued.
Listening to customer requirements / issues & solving their issues.
Negotiating rates and terms of service with clients
Tracking on payment and payment related issues.
Working Days & Time :- 9.30am to 6.00pm | Monday to Friday (Saturday :- 9.30am to 3.00pm)
