Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
Manage and mentor the sales team
Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations
Drive team performance and meet revenue goals
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Confident, active & result-oriented
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Experience in sales is preferred (but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates)
Immediate joiners preferred
