Channel Sales Manager / Customer Account Manager
to expand our reseller network and acquire new business in the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire new business through an active reseller/channel partner network.
Add new customers (new logos) as per AOP targets.
Drive sales in connected buildings and achieve monthly/quarterly closures.
Develop and execute sales strategies (cold calling, meetings, presentations).
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Evaluate customer needs and propose suitable telecom solutions.
Achieve personal and team sales targets.
Attend sales events, meetings, and training sessions.
Maintain and update client data within the assigned territory.
Provide regular sales reports, funnel updates, and performance insights to management.
Drive EPPC (Existing Product Per Customer) growth within assigned accounts.
Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B sales or Channel Sales.
Experience managing large channels or enterprise accounts.
Proven sales achievements and recognitions from previous roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
Salary & Incentives
CTC: ₹5-6 LPA
Monthly Incentives
based on target achievement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
