Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and guide the sales team with clear direction.
Review daily pipeline and overall team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support junior staff.
2. Sales Operations
Conduct regular client meetings and sales calls.
Ensure timely follow-ups, quotation submissions, and CRM updates.
Maintain a structured and disciplined sales process.
3. Deal & Client Management
Manage and review deals independently.
Handle client interactions with professionalism and strong negotiation skills.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.
4. Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate new leads through networking, industrial visits, and referrals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Expand market presence across industrial regions.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with operations, service, and accounts teams.
Support site visits, documentation, and quotation drafting when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
