2. Achieve Order Intake as per MRP/Yearly Sales targets.
3. Market intelligence / information gathering / analysis of market environments:
4. Market segments, applications, key customers, competition, products/technologies and environmental factors. Collect relevant data, edit, analyse and make data available in an appropriate way Identify and develop potential customers for paint application systems in respective segments.
5. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
6. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
7. Prepare visit plan based on the iquiries received for the week with HOD and MD. He needs to be in the market minimum 15 days in a month.
8. Submit/email visit report same day to Sales team and MD.
9. Submit travel bill after the visit to HR Deptment.
10. Do follow up visit to close the discussion/Customer queries and try to get the order.
11. Audit current system and give recommendations to Customers on improving paint finish quality, Optomise paint Consumption and reduce impact on environment to go towards Green technology
12. Ensure collection of customer feedback on supplied product
13. Maintain a well defined quality system across the department.
14. Publication of relevant Sales information in the Digital Platforms
15. Developing product/service-innovation and -improvements in accordance with TEPL Marketing & Communications
16. Preparation and update of sales tools (brochures, presentations, sales documentation, factsheets, case studies, etc.) in collaboration with Graco Country Manager and his team.
