We are hiring an experienced

Ground Sales Executive

to handle on-field sales activities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial or construction-related product sales.

Responsibilities



Conduct daily on-site client visits and sales calls. Generate new leads and develop strong business relationships. Promote and sell company products within assigned industry segments. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product and pricing details. Maintain records of sales visits, follow-ups, and client interactions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Requirements



Minimum

5 years of ground/field sales experience

. Experience in

PUF Panels, HVAC, PMC, Hardware, Fire Doors, Paint, Pharma Machinery

, or construction-related industries (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills. Ability to work independently and manage field schedules. Must be comfortable with extensive travel within Mumbai. English fluency is mandatory.
