Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager

to lead our business development and client acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to achieve revenue targets while driving overall growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities across corporates, SMEs, agencies, and institutions for printing and packaging solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Lead the entire sales cycle -- from prospecting, pitching, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met on time with quality output. Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS, reports, and performance metrics to management. Create customized proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations as per client requirements. Train, mentor, and manage junior sales executives to improve team performance.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
